Eduardo Aliskevich

Senior Adoption Consultant

Eduardo designs and delivers customized learning and user adoption programs for Microsoft 365 at Seer Strategic Solutions, LLC. Before joining the firm, Eduardo led teams that designed and implemented corporate training, organizational development, and leadership development programs within the healthcare, education, and nonprofit industries. A native of Uruguay, Eduardo holds a Master’s degree in Training and Learning Technology from New York Institute of Technology.

After earning his Master’s degree, Eduardo moved to Arizona in 2001 and joined the University of Phoenix, where he led a team of instructional designers to launch Rapid Organizational Impact – a competency-based corporate training program that bundled interactive learning activities into hundreds of customizable modules. One of his first clients, Transocean International, successfully implemented this program within their corporate university and delivered employee training to onshore and offshore locations globally at a significant cost reduction.

In 2005, Eduardo joined Vanguard Health Systems to direct learning and development for 15,000 employees. After developing a governance program for policy and procedures, he designed an eLearning strategy that defined a five-year roadmap for program development inclusive of media creation tools, design guidelines, and delivery applications.

From this roadmap, Eduardo built interactive onboarding programs for each hospital, an employee ambassador program, and a leadership development program – which together increased productivity, lowered training costs, and dramatically reduced employee churn by 20%. To further measure the organizational impact of his strategy, he led an employee engagement survey in 2009 that returned a 93% participation rate and a mean YoY improvement from 3.69 to 4.17 (on a 5-point scale).

Eduardo moved to Bend, Oregon, in 2011 to direct organizational development and education for 2500 employees at St. Charles Health System. While there, the company underwent a system-wide implementation of McKesson’s Paragon EMR – a massive endeavor that required him to design a blended learning strategy with a train-the-trainer program, a localized champions program, eLearning activities, classroom events, and an online performance support system.

Also during his tenure, Eduardo restructured the organization’s onboarding program to increase content retention and implemented a customized leadership development program that taught effective communication, emotional intelligence, and accountability. The success of these programs led him to become an executive coach to senior leadership, providing constructive input on issues such as change management, employee engagement, and culture.

In 2017, Eduardo joined the International Society of Arboriculture to direct the development of learning solutions. Using competitive intelligence data, he developed a five-year roadmap for the Educational Products department, implemented agile methodologies to accelerate deliverables, and managed the digital conversion of legacy classroom courses to eLearning. As part of a larger digital transformation initiative, Eduardo created a user adoption strategy for the company’s transition to Microsoft 365 and Teams, designing an informal learning program led by technology champions through regular Webinars, Microsoft Help, and video tutorials.

A member of the Association of Talent Development, Eduardo’s credentials include Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, LinkedIn Organizational Thought Leadership and Agile Instructional Design, and certified facilitator for Accountability, Understanding Behavior Styles, and Leveraging Team Dynamics.

Eduardo lives in Phoenix where he enjoys hiking and swimming with his family. He is an avid traveler and loves to explore different cultures, customs, and cuisines.
