Jennen builds talent programs for Seer Strategic Solutions, LLC. During the prior decade, she onboarded employees and administered benefits for Caesars Entertainment. She is a candidate for the Professional in Human Resources certification.
Jennen’s career began in 2005 as a data entry clerk supporting online document management and records retrieval at Quest Discovery Services. She quickly graduated to a supervisor role managing 18 field representatives with their daily workloads, and she took on human resource responsibilities assisting the branch manager.
In 2011, Jennen joined the HR team at Caesars Entertainment as a benefits administrator, responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and processing all disability and FMLA activities for 70,000 employees in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Over her ten-year tenure, she implemented new policies and procedures related to responsible gaming, human trafficking, LGBTQ rights, gender equality, and climate change. She worked closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase retention, and she trained onboarding employees in the world-class service culture core to Caesars’ brand.
Jennen joined Seer in the spring of 2021, where she is developing policies and systems within an environment conducive to employee engagement, proficiency, and retention.
Originally from Inglewood, California, Jennen has called Las Vegas her home for the past ten years. She is a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt.
