Managing Partner

Jason leads marketing, operations, and talent development for Seer Strategic Solutions, LLC. Before joining the firm, he helped more than a million people to adopt and optimize Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and custom software applications. A New York native, Jason holds a master’s degree from Cal Arts and certifications for Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, Customer Immersion Experience Premier Facilitator, and Partner Customer Success Manager for Modern Workplace.

After earning a master’s degree from California Institute of the Arts, Jason gained his initial training certification from Junior Chamber International in 1999 and began delivering professional development and strategic planning programs for nonprofit organizations up and down California.

 

In 2002, Jason joined the customer advocacy team at Overture, a pay-per-click search engine that was acquired by Yahoo! the following year. In 2004, he received the Yahoo! Super Star for exemplifying the core values of “Teamwork, Excellence, Innovation, Customer Fixation, Community, and Fun.” Over the next decade, Jason designed and delivered technical training programs for Yahoo! Sales Learning & Development, culminating in a five-year global implementation of the Yahoo! Bing Network for Microsoft Search.

Following the successful completion of that project, Jason joined SADA Systems, a cloud consulting firm in North Hollywood, California in 2014. There he built the Microsoft practice for change management and organizational effectiveness, delivering adoption consulting to mid-market clients such as Los Angeles Unified School District, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Panda Express, Peet’s Coffee, and Stanford University.

 

In 2018, Microsoft awarded his department Intelligent Communications Partner of the Year, recognizing their innovative work in Microsoft Teams collaboration and application integration. 

In 2019, Core BTS acquired SADA’s Microsoft division. Shortly thereafter, Jason was promoted to direct the Customer Experience team, where he led onboarding engineers, network administrators, and customer success managers to support collaboration, security, enterprise networking, and managed services.

Jason’s credentials include Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, Customer Immersion Experience Premier Facilitator, Microsoft 365 Business Value Specialist, Partner Customer Success Manager for Modern Workplace, and Cisco Customer Success Manager. According to CliftonStrengths by Gallup, his talents stem from Communication, Connectedness, Achiever, Positivity and WOO (Winning Others Over). He holds a lifetime Senatorship #79515 from Junior Chamber International and is a recipient of Outstanding Young Californian, an award that recognizes social impact through organizational development.

Jason appreciates working remotely from Santa Clarita, California, where he lives with his wife, twin teenage daughters, mother-in-law, and a Labrador retriever named Pepper.
