Jessica leads user adoption and organizational effectiveness programs that support strategic objectives for private and public sector organizations.

She brings extensive cross-industry experience – both as an external consultant and as an internal HR/Learning & Development manager – from over 50 enterprise-level projects in the automotive, consumer products, electronics, energy, financial services, government, healthcare, media and entertainment, and technology industries.  

Seer Strategic Solutions partners with Jessica to provide her specific areas of expertise to projects, including: driving transformation and change adoption to sustain large-scale organizational change; optimizing employee and workforce performance; and fostering a learning culture. 

More About Jessica

After relocating to Los Angeles to earn a Master’s Degree at USC, Jessica joined the Accenture change management practice where she focused on human capital management projects, including system implementation and technology adoption.  

During her tenure at Accenture, she led the Change Management team for a Global Financial Services Company (Salt Lake City, UT) over a 14-month global HCM system implementation to 80 office locations in 50 countries and three service centers for the Americas, Europe, and Asia. She developed and implemented global Communications and Sponsorship plans designed to ensure organizational readiness on Go Live date.  

After seven years, she switched to the industry side and spent ten years in human resources – first as an HR Generalist for the federal court system in the Central District of California and subsequently as the Learning and Development Manager at King’s Hawaiian, a food manufacturer that operates three plants with $500M in revenue and over 1,000 employees. As an HR professional, Jessica launched multiple corporate universities, performance management, and leadership development programs. 

In 2016, Jessica returned to management consulting, initially with Slalom Consulting, where she became the local office Microsoft 365 implementation expert. Since then, Jessica has focused specifically on cloud or digital adoption and transformation projects for clients of all sizes. The following projects illustrate her experience leading digital transformation and adoption projects. 

During her tenure at Slalom, she led the Change Management workstream for a Global Media and Entertainment Company (Los Angeles, CA) where she partnered with IT, PMO, and Corporate Communications to develop and deliver a Change Management Plan and toolkit for a global Office 365 rollout to over 60 sites and for a multi-state acquisition with 10 sites migrating off Google G-Suite, featuring innovative migration and adoption communications, including a custom O365 employee self-service page featuring a CIO testimonial/launch video. 

At subsequent firms, Jessica developed and executed a user adoption plan for a Global Payroll Software and Services Firm (Burbank, CA), including a communication and training strategy for a digital transformation initiative, featuring enhanced security and encryption; cloud productivity and collaboration tools; and softphone launch. There she delivered over 50 live and webinar training sessions, including White Glove training, and a self-service page with custom Quick Start Guides, FAQs, and How To videos. 

She also led multiple adoption workstreams for a Global Food and Beverage Firm (Seattle, WA) over a three-year period, including a Microsoft Teams Rooms launch at the firm’s global headquarters. She provided custom training sessions in support of digital accessibility, email retention, and Google Workspace migration. Further she developed webinars, videos, and reference manuals supporting users in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. 

Jessica holds a M.A. in Communications Management from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and received a 2016 Chief Learning Officer Trailblazer Award. 

Jessica lives in Venice, CA and is an avid cook and gardener. She enjoys exploring the unique architecture in her neighborhood, as well as the many local venues for art, music, and dance.
