Leah is a results-driven professional dedicated to fostering enduring customer relationships, enhancing customer success, and expanding business opportunities. With a strong foundation built during her 6-years at Microsoft, Leah’s expertise spans technical advisory, training, and customer success management. She currently holds certifications in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Security Fundamentals (SC-900). 

About Leah

Leah embarked on her technology career as a Services Advisor within the Microsoft stores. Her journey took a significant turn when the pandemic necessitated a shift to a fully remote work environment. During this transition, Leah discovered her passion for Customer Success while collaborating closely with the Training Team. As a Trainer, Leah delivered comprehensive sessions on Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. She achieved remarkable success by training over 5300 customers, consistently earning an impressive satisfaction score of 9.0. 

Recognized for her excellence within the Training team, Leah was recommended for a temporary role as a Customer Success Manager at Scale, catering to Small and Medium-sized Corporate (SMC) clients. In this capacity, she spearheaded the adoption and growth of Microsoft Teams within 300+ accounts. Her exceptional results in collaborating with Microsoft Partners, including Seer, led to her introduction to Sheila and the exceptional services offered by Seer, ultimately resulting in a promotion to a full-time Customer Success role, focused on the Enterprise segment. 

Within the Enterprise domain, Leah specialized in the Financial Services Industry. Her responsibilities included collaborating closely with Microsoft account teams to penetrate challenging accounts, rebuild customer relationships, and drive the utilization of M365, Teams, and Viva. Leah played a pivotal role in activating approximately 10,000 users on Teams from FY22 to FY23. 

Leah possesses certifications in both Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Microsoft Security Fundamentals, underpinned by over a decade of customer service experience and 6 years in the technology sales and customer success arena. 

Based in Seattle, WA, Leah shares her life with her lively canine companion, Rico, who keeps her engaged outside of her professional endeavors.
