Ronald manages a portfolio of IT implementation and user adoption projects for customers and partners of Seer Strategic Solutions, LLC. A recent graduate of Georgetown University’s Master of Professional Studies program, Ronald holds Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner credentials from Scrum Alliance.
After earning his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in 2020, Ronald went to Georgetown University to pursue a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management, where his studies led him to design relevant business applications through specialized knowledge and applied research. Simultaneously, he worked as an independent contractor for Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, analyzing business processes and collaborating with their IT product teams to drive operational efficiency for the company.
In 2021, Ronald translated his passion for professional sports into a Sports Marketing Essentials certification from Front Office Sports, which taught him how megabrands leverage athlete endorsements and marquee events, the rising importance of esports and gaming, and using data to inform overall marketing strategy in a post-COVID environment.
Ronald’s expertise in scrum and agile project management methodology brought him to Seer in the summer of 2023. He lives outside Charlotte, North Carolina, and is an avid connoisseur of honey from around the world.
