We are a subscription based company. Our blended rates, hours and resources are flexible as needed. We leverage the bucket of hours method to accommodate the business needs. Statements of work is too risky. No one can predict outcomes we believe an agile approach to hours is better for both the client and our partner.
Yes, our subscription based service allows for hours to be allocated for various of engagement. Depending on the allocation of effort for an engagement at times additional hours would be required to support more than one engagement. You will be billed one price per month for the agreed time period.
Our consultant updates progress on a weekly basis and we set up our reporting in Power BI to scale progress for engagements. This reporting style helps project managers and team on the progress conducted by the change consultant.
